RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL! ARROGANT and UNapologetic
I went to her and not only was she about to fill TWO teeth that didn't need to be filled - but she LITTERALLY numbed my mouth THEN asked me to PAY my portion of the bill. I was told when I entered how much I owed and I asked 'should I pay now?' they said no - but she asked her 'embarrassed' hygienist to ask me to pay before you completed my service - AND WHILE I was lying in the chair - with numbing agent that she shot in my mouth then walked out - to get them to ask me for money. I left and good thing I did - The other dentist I went to said those TWO teeth didn't even need filling!!!! She is horrible!!!!! (her staff are nice- But if you have CHOICE - in West Point- RUN to another dentist).
