Dr. San Marco is an excellent Oral Surgeon who was able to determine the reason why 4 previous root canals were needed for a single tooth. The tooth was first treated while in the Navy in Pensacola in 1969 and had become infected several times after that. Dr. San Marco suspected a broken root and was able to manipulate the dental x-ray machine in such a way that the offset of the upper part of the root from the tooth could be seen clearly. After extraction an implant solved my problem.
