I highly recommend Dr. Phang and his practice. Dr. Phang always takes his time to explain the treatment process, very patient and understanding. Everyone in his practice is friendly and efficient.

Daughter was a patient of Dr. Phang’s for quite a long time. He was usually friendly, but at times I felt he didn’t spend much time with me to address my concerns before jumping to the next patient. As for the staff, most were friendly, but a few them need to check their attitude at the door. Some have been cold/rude to me on the phone, one hung up in my face. My daughter once received a very unprofessional and discriminatory question from one of the staff members during a monthly visit.

My daughter had a very severe malocclusion when I first went to Image Orthodontics in 2012. After researching several orthodontist in the Katy area, I read where Dr. Phang specializes in malocclusion and went for a consultation. My daughter just got her braces off with a perfect smile. I couldn't be happier with the results! Dr. Phang and his staff have always been very warm, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Phang corrected my daughter's teeth, and now my son goes to him. I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. I highly recommend.
