My regular dentist asked sent me to Dr. Maupin to get second opinion for my tooth pain problem. He had listed all my teeth to be examined. Dr. Maupin didn't. He asked me to first get a cracked tooth extracted (for which I had scheduled a surgery). I had to pay his fee for no reason.
