Dr. Madden performed a root canal on one of my molars. I went back to him after I said I still had pain in that tooth. He examined the tooth and told me I was imagining the pain and that "it was all in my head". He inferred I was in need of a psychiatrist. Thankfully, I sought out a second opinion. The second endodontist located and removed a nerve in that molar that Dr. Madden had missed. I cannot recommend Dr. Madden

I had terrible previous root canal done somewhere else. I was having lots of pain and was seen right away by Dr Madden. He was gentle, validating and clear about the procedures & steps he was executing. Felt more than taken care of and was given a home number to call after hours. Wow! What a considerate thing to do. All staff were so considerate and kind. Cindy is the bomb! Everyone has a great sense of humor too. Thank you!
