This Dentist is the Best I have had in my 68 years. He is extremely knowledgeable. He will give you options that isn't money based. Dr Kramer has got a great Bedside manner and is very detailed. The office staff and dental assistant is incredible. The front office is very friendly and willing to help.
As a matter of fact, he found a survivable crown that went undetected by a local dentist. His thorough analysis is extremely right on and appreciate his efforts and care.

Dr. Kramer seems competent. The dentist office itself is outdated. It doesn't look or feel modern; neither does the equipment. I had to wait almost 30 minutes pass my appointment to get into a room to x-ray my teeth and then the first person who tried to do it couldn't get the machine or computers to work. The next person who came in was much better. I don't know - it just didn't feel like a "modern" experience to me.
