I had a root canal and was to get emergency surgery on Friday. I was told to get a referral then I will be sent to an oral surgeon. The receptionist claimed that she contacted my insurance however, my insurance informed me that a referral was never sent. I had to call my insurance and the dentist office back-and-forth for hours. I called again today to see if the referral was sent and unbeknownst to me it wasn’t even written. I would’ve been able so see someone today if they did their job.
