They won't accept United Healthcare dual plan. They are listed on United Healthcare to use but they won't take the Dual plan. Beware of this before you go or you have to pay everything yourself.

great experience. Office staff was nice and friendly, Dental Assistant was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Dr Pitts was very caring and very gentle with me. I have always been afraid of going to the Dentist but Dr Pitts was great with me. I had gone to another dentist that sent me to a Oral Surgeon that was going to cost me double. I took my xrays to Dr Pitts and he said not a problem I can pull those teeth. He did and I never felt anything. I would recommend to anyone.

Some of these ladies are hateful. They will talk down to you in front of everyone in the waiting room. Never experienced anything like it. The one with long blonde hair talks to other people while working on you and scrapes your teeth when she is looking the other way!
