I have always had an excellent experience with both Dr. Bill Parr and Dr, Patrick Parr. I receive all my routine care with them, and have also had fillings, and am always pleased with their work, the care and attention I receive, and the friendliness of all the staff. Drs. Bill and Pat explain all procedures well, answering any questions I might have, and are thorough and careful in their care. The dental hygienists are excellent. I highly recommend Parr Dental!

Every time I have a procedure done and I get the bill it never shows the service, the insurance payment and any credits. This has happened every time I go there and every time I have to call and then I get a huge readout for the last several months. This time I went into office to show them what I receive and why, in the year 2020, can't their system give me this basic information. They shrugged me off saying, "That's the way it is". They will no longer get my business but I believe if the doctor knew this is the way his front office works he would change things. All I'm asking for is my statement to show this very simple detail
