I have known Dr. McQuitty since he began his practice on Garfield street- as soon as you enter this Doctor's office you can feel the excellence. He engages and listens to his patients-is kind and gentle and does not hurt you! He takes his staff on seminars so each one of his practitioners is knowledgable in the latest technology. The advanced equipment in his office guarantees his patients thorough and fast care. I have known some of his staff for over ten years and all the friends I have sent to Dr. Pat stay with him and praise his efficiency and skill.

To be honest about this dental practice....it ranges from very good to only fair. Mostly Dr. McQuitty has his young technicians doing 90% of the work on you and it's basically an assembly line of patients with 5 or 6 all in different rooms and he is called in to do the main 10% of the work. My complaint after going there for a few years is that I get x-rays done each year at their suggestion yet last year didn't catch a cavity under a crown and the young girl who cleaned my teeth this spring didn't catch the cavity either....just said to watch that area. So here I am, with a crown that was put on about 4 years ago with a major cavity that now needs a root canal. However, I don't believe in root canals. So eventually I will lose a tooth.

I had a crown pop off and went in to have it reglued. It was placed incorrectly and possibly had too much glue, and my tooth chipped within 30" after getting home. I was unable to get floss thru on one side and there was a gap on the other side. I went in the next day and was told "You chipped it." Dr. McQuity said the gap was from the chip (it wasn't) and was able to force the floss thru so didn't think that was a problem. I was given an offer to have the crown replaced at half price. I was charged for this follow-up appt. Needless to say, I found another dentist to make a new crown, a crown that I shouldn't have needed if mine had been properly set. The whole experience was a huge waste of time and money.

McQuitty is the best. Excellent care and a fantastic personality. The whole family loves him.

Omg this doctor is so arrogant it's unbelievable. And he's never in his office...his staff does all the work. Don't support this practice. Find a dentist who cares about you!

I have been a patient of Dr. Patrick McQuitty since he took over the business from Dr. Salter..AND.. have and been extremely impressed with his professionalism and that of his entire staff. I highly recommend Dr. McQuitty whenever anyone asks me for a dentist recommendation.

I went in to have a crown that had come off cemented back on. Dr. McQuitty showed me that the old crown was too damaged to replace. I expected to have to make another appointment to get a temporary crown made. WRONG!!! Exactly an hour and a half after walking in for the first time I was leaving with a beautiful new permanent crown. Not only that but he found some decay under an older filling under the crown and fixed that too. I just picked him at random because he was close to our house, but I’ll definitely be using him again. Incredible service and wonderful staff. I was very impressed.

Dr McQuitty is the best dentist I have ever seen. He and his whole office work efficiently and very professionally. Not to mention that it was painless. His assistant, Perla, was likewise impressive, both for her working independently and then closely in sync with Dr McQuitty. So smooth and efficient that it was almost anxiety-free.

My family (myself, spouse and my elderly father, now deceased) have all been patients of Dr. McQuitty since 2014. The practice is wonderful! Friendly, professional, and caring. My dad had many dental issues and this practice was simply wonderful. As for myself and my wife, we both have amalgam fillings from our childhood that have begun to fail, crack, etc. Dr. McQuitty has done a wonderful job replacing the old metal with new natural looking fillers. His staff are amazing, and I recommend anyone that asks, this is a great dental practice!

He is an excellent dentist. Competent, warm, ethical, and caring attitude. I recommend him to all of my friends. Dr. McQuitty has never let me down.Great for emergency situations. His staff is superb too.

Dr. McQuitty is an exceptional dentist, super friendly, deeply cares for his patients and staff and will make time. I have been a patient for many years and couldn’t be happier.

What a total rip off! I took my Mom in for her scheduled 12:15pm appointment. They took her in at 1:00pm and told me it would take 1 hour and 10 minutes to do her root canal. Well, two and a half hours later she finally came out. Not only is Dr. McQuitty totally disrespectful of your time, he also thinks his time is worth more than $1000.00 per hour. The bill was over $2000.00. There is no dentist on earth worth $1000.00/hr. That's just unbridled greed! Disgusting!

This guy should not be a dentist. He knows nothing and has no patience.
