Dentists often make judgment calls, for example, when determining whether minor decay requires a filling or if it can remineralize with improved oral hygiene and diet. In my experience, this practice tends to recommend more services and procedures that, while justifiable, may not always be strictly necessary. This applies to both routine and cosmetic dental care.

Very friendly staff that made me feel welcome. My dental health was explained in easy to understand terms and the recommended follow up was easy to schedule.

I am so happy to have Dr.Shane and Patricia New.as my dentist .They are so professional and up to date on the latest procedures that are taking place in the ever so changing world of dentistry. I am so comfortable here because Dr.Shane abd Patricia New will not take short cuts or compromise any part of dental care .Taking the time to discuss all otions and cost as well as researching the latest possibilities. I am so excited to have this wonderful husband and wife team as my dentist

This office is terrible. My wife called to cancel her appointment due to our two small children unexpectedly getting sick. My wife figured she would call and reschedule for another date (2weeks or 5 months didn't matter). To her surprise the scheduler said she couldn't reschedule....EVER as in not at any point in the future because she was a new patient. My wife was baffled and confirmed that this "NEVER" was really what the scheduler meant and it was. So needless to say I have cancelled also.

I called to reschedule my new patient appointment because both of my kids were sick but I was told that since it was a new patient appointment, they require 48 hours notice in order to reschedule. So I had no option to reschedule....ever! I'm sorry I can't predict when my kids will get sick but they don't have to be so rigid about appointments.

I would recommend Dr New. She was very thoughtful, skilled, pleasant and thorough. She helped put my elderly mom at ease. Very gentle dentistry...kind person and great staff.

The office staff is unfriendly and they act like Hitler. One girl actually argued with me about some surgery I had scheduled when having to move an appointment. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Find another dentist. THERE ARE OTHERS WAY BETTER IN CENTER GROVE.
