Dr Kho was very personable and helped alleviate any fear . She was very thorough and did everything possible to make process successful . It was absolutely pain free . Excellent discharge instructions . My cost was what I expected because I checked my benefit status and Renee made sure what was available . 5 star visit !!!

Dr. Kho is extremely knowledgeable, patient and warm. She was very helpful in helping to guide me with all of my options. She was aware that I would most likely be choosing a closer option for treatment, but that did not sway her from continuing to answer all the questions I had. It is very refreshing to see a provider still care about the outcome of your treatment and still be a source of guidance even if most likely, there will be no financial benefit. I highly recommend Dr. Kho.

I was so nervous about my appointment, but I didn't need to be. From the time I arrived, I was welcomed and made comfortable. The whole procedure was explained to me, and the staff were very kind and caring. Dr. Kho is an exceptional provider who performed the procedure with care, gentleness, and professionalism. I would see her again without any hesitation.

I gave Renee, at the front desk, my dental insurance card. She represented she contacted my insurance company to determine my benefits. She provided a written estimate based on that calculation and paid my portion upfront. She never called my insurance and now I have to pay the bill. When I called the office I was told that I should have done my "due diligence." Dr. Kho did a good job, but I will never do business again with someone who treats their clients that way.

Dr. Koh is amazing! However, the front desk, specifically Renee, ruins the great experience with her incompetence. There's so much a patient can do confirm their treatment plan, which is highly relied on both the dentist and the front desk that covers the billing. Please be advised to get every detail in writing- even why the appointment date was set the day it was; and have the front desk sign that recorded conversation. No patient should go through what I went through.

This Dr. deserves 6 stars, she is amazing! Let's face it, no one wants a root canal but Dr. Kho goes the extra mile to help you through it!

I took my young teen to Dr. Kho for specialized treatment (had broken front tooth about 5 years prior). Dr. Kho and her staff put my daughter at ease and the treatment plan was explained very clearly. I did mark down one star for ease of scheduling, but that is consistent with ALL dental offices it seems like - shorter hours and not opened on some weekdays.
