Pam is knowledgeable, friendly, extremely careful, and very gentle in her approach. She's a perfectionist with respect to her work, and will continue with an issue until it's completely resolved. I've gone to her for decades, and wouldn't consider going to anyone else. Her staff are caring and competent, and the whole practice makes what could be a not-so-fun activity something that's pleasant.
