Asked for metal retainers, was told we had to pay extra and wait extra for them and they discouraged it, saying they "did not work as well". We opted to follow their advice. They KNEW my daughter grinded her teeth but made no conscessions /or indicated need for protective mouth guard to preserve them up front. 4 mo. w/ retainers, we notice damage, was told it was "no big deal" (drove 100 miles) They referred us to dentist for guard, Costs >$400 to protect damaged retainers. Rude and worthless!

I'm sure Dr. Jones would appreciate knowing that his office/Office manager told me to find another doctor because she has 100 patients and I can find another dr. No compassion or professionalism whatsoever!! Simply because the nature of my questions and concerns . It was lunchtime and I feel that I was treated accordingly. No parent nor patient should ever be treated this way rather my family makes six figures or has Missouri care.
