Dr. Olexandra Ovsiy, DDS

Worst experience ever.. The composite bonding that has been done on my front tooth by dr. Olexandra Ovsiy, started turning yellow only after couple of days, then became loose and fell off. I tried to contact them about the issue. I emailed twice, they just ignored me and never responded. While I was under sedation for tooth extraction, she rushed to put dental bonding in without consulting with me. Afterwards, I asked her 'I hope this is not going to stain'? I let her know I needed this to match with the rest of my teeth that are zirconium veneers. I found out later from another dentist that the quality depends on the brand and structure of composite resin as well on the training and experience.. After my complaint, they blamed it on me. If a dentist can not take responsibility for their work- dont trust them. I find them overpriced, dishonest, poor quality, not trustworthy and unprofessional.

I've been seeing Dr. Ovsiy for over 8 years. I have not needed a single new procedure during this time. I just keep check ups and hygiene appointments as frequently as possible, listen and meticulously follow all her treatment plans, including getting x-rays and pictures of my mouth so that we can find a problem before it becomes unstoppable. Thankfully, my mouth is as good if not better than it was 8 years ago. Yes I have pretty good genes to boot, yet I realize many other people are less fortunate. You might have a serious problem and don't expect it to ever go away. But I recommend you make the conscious choice now to prioritize your dental-health and make the best out of it with a Dentist like Dr. Ovsiy. Don't settle for less or neglect your oral health because it is a vital component of your life. Think of all the joy and happiness that comes from always having a healthy mouth, heart, body and mind. Be proactive and don't allow disease to overcome you.

She was very informative and patient with me. She made me feel like she cared about my dental problems. I was very anxious and afraid because of previous bad experiences. I think I am going to be OK at my next visit.

The staff and services was absolutely exceptional. I would return for the staff interactions alone, especially with Ms. LENA. Her attentiveness to my needs, currently and future, was magnificent. I am happy that I met this group of employees.

She was so attentive & thorough. Also made some great recommendations for additional work to make my crown of one of my front teeth that had been cracked from a fall. I’ll be taking her recommendation & having the additional work done on 2 other teeth. I’m thrilled with her expertise & the time she so generously gave me. It was the last Appt of the day & she spent an hour & 25 minutes with me which should have been a 15-30 minute appt seating the crown. I’m looking forward to seeing her again on the 13th to take new impressions for work to greatly improve the symmetry & look of 3 of my front teeth!!??

Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. My visit was more like a trip to Disney World than a dentist visit. I’m going to recommend all is my friends to Great Expressions.

I wasn’t impressed and quite disappointed. I came to the office for a cleaning which did not happen and then I was told that my previous dentist failed to do much needed work. Needless to say I’m upset and confused. So I’ve decided to make the ride back to Eagles’s Landing in Stockbridge, GA for my next appointment.

I feel like the doctor and her assistant Elena pushed so much for treatment and does not seem to care about my real immediate needs. Would not recommend.

She is very nice and was able to put me at ease. Very helpful and gave good recommendations for my treatment plan.
