Dr. Nirmolrattan Chandhoke, DMD

I've never had a more upsetting and unprofessional experience than I had with Dr. Chandhoke. She started off by coming into the room in a bad mood. I mentioned that my last cleaning (with her brother) had been very rushed. She said because I have medicaid, her office only gets $22 for a cleaning, whereas she is able to charge $300 at her Queens location so she can spend more time on them. So because I have 'poor people's insurance' I wasn't deserving of a good cleaning. She then took approximately 5 minutes to clean my teeth, all while getting water ALL over my face and the floor, which I'm assuming was done out of anger/frustration towards me? I was upset to have wasted my time and 1/2 of my allowed cleanings for the year and told her this. She then used some harsh words to tell me to get out of her office , and her receptionist and assistant joined in trying to humiliate me. Everyone should be treated with the same level of care and respect, no matter which insurance they have.

Nirmolar Dental PC new name BED -STUDY Dental Arts Located at 1154 Fulton Street Brooklyn, NY 11216 owned and operated by Nirmol Chandhoke D.M.D, husband Yadverinder Singh D.D.S and brother. This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and tardy dentists you will meet at this location. I arrived for a 10:30 appointment, Nirmolar arrived to work at 12PM with an attitude. She is telling patients she's the only dentist in the area, they just have to wait. How Impudent? A filling that her husband did on my teeth fell off for the third time in less than a month. They wanted me to pay $800.00 for a crown, which was not medically needed. This was the worst experience!

Dr. Nirmolrattan Chandhoke, DMD is a great dentist. Very warm and extremely excellent at her work. She made my dentures and no one could tell I was wearing dentures, that's how excellent it was made. I had an appointment and within minutes I was called. I had a excellent oral checkup and the Medical Office Assistant is extremely professional and efficient, she called me in six months to remind me that it was time for my oral checkup and I really appreciated that because I truly forgot it time
