Don’t get me wrong, Dr. Weiss is a good dentist. His staff is exceptional! However, Dr. Weiss only listens to Dr. Weiss; not the patient. I had a cracked crown. Without discussing with me, he decided the new crown should fit closer to the adjacent tooth. When he placed the new crown, I told him it felt too tight. He assured that in couple of weeks, if it’s still bothering me, I should come back and he’d see what he can do. I tried to deal with it for months! It became obvious, I had to have him trim the crown a bit. Dr. Weiss stated the problem was my not cleaning between my teeth as well as I should. Therefore, that’s the problem, period. Not HIS new crown but how I flossed my teeth! I assured him I did. He then used dental floss between the new crown & adjacent tooth, procuring a pin-size bit of pepper! (Really?) I’m the patient, Don’t insult my intelligence. Dr. Weiss made it clear; my (his) crown fit perfectly, period.—I don’t need the hassle. I’m going to go elsewhere.
