I had a crown replaced and my insurance didn't pay for it. Instead of doing a preapproval to see if they would pay, he did the procedure then they found out they wouldn't get paid 6 months later. They billed me and I wouldn't pay since if they had found out, I may have not done it if I knew I would have to pay. I disputed the claim too. Now they sent me to collections. I thought he was good but his offer staff sucks.

Dr. John was extremely busy and running from one to patient to another due to overbooking. My appointment took over one and half hours for a crown ("cap") replacement. Overbooking ultimately led to my dissatisfaction.
On a bright note, his work is excellent!

I had an amazing experience. Everyone in the office was kind & greeted me with a handshake. My hygienist was lovely! She was knowledgeable, asked me questions about my dental history, & was extremely gentle. I have never in my life had such a thorough examination. My gums were carefully inspected & I was shown a digital representation of my teeth. Dr. Vittoria came in as soon as we were finished & continued the examination. I will be coming back again & strongly recommend this office to others.

Dr Vitttoria is very attentive and thorough.. During my first visit they checked work previously done and recommended replacing older fillings and went through dental care where I learned I’d been flossing incorrectly my entire life! I’m so pleased with him and the entire staff!!
