Dr. Nicholas Baldelli, DMD

I have been in the practice for years. Dr Baldelli bought the practice. He is kind compassionate and gentle. I have the worst gag reflex and he takes his time and never rushes. He explains everything his is doing. The staff are also great from the front office to hygienists. Very professional.

Caring, friendly, smart, thinks outside the box

Baldelli bought out a Newport practice I used for years and was satisfied with. Had an adult upper canine I was concerned about so a root canal was done by an excellent specialist and when it was time for the crown Baldelli screwed it up big time: He put this crown in I call "frakencrown" (who knows what lab he used) that changed the tooth shape completely, doesn't match the corresponding tooth on the opposite side, is a slightly different color, has a mild pain 24/7, etc. When I called his office about my concerns it took weeks to get an appointment. His solutions were stupid, e.g., file down the other canine (tells me he filed down the original tooth I was trying to save) to match the replacement, he ignored the pain issue, etc. I could go on. The bottom: He reminds me of someone who did well in school but doesn't think creatively outside-of-the-box or hasn't even tried looking out of the box. I suggest staying away from Baldelli; I sure won't go back to him.
