Mixed feelings
Doctor & office staff were nice, but Luke another person said, my insurance covered everything except a 'consultation fee' . Sounds like a scam they are running by charging it like this. Should have all been covered.

The way it should be
I had pain and sensitivity and needed to find out why. It was necessary to schedule a procedure and hope it addresses my problem . That’s what I did with the Office of Dr Addiego. The experience was professional, courteous, and caring. The way it should be. Great Doctor with a very competent and pleasant staff. I’m glad I was referred to them.

poor service
Had to have root canal done. .I called and asked if I could come in little late, they refused me. Came on time ,had to wait 30mines and was told at the end that copay had to be payed right away.I told them thanks for making me wait and she said I came early. Total manipulation.

Be very weary with this office I went in for an oral exam for pain and was given x-rays and told that my pain was not due to a tooth however when I was billed it went under consultation code which is not covered my many insurances.. when I called they said the reason was told they always bill as consultation....WHY because they receive $125 which is double than if they had coded it as an exam....BEWARE!!!

Everyone at this office is not only professional, but treat their patients with a kind heart. Dr. Addiego talks you through the whole procedure as it is happening, which is very calming. Great practice, great people!!
