No cleaning, just sales pitch
I went in for a regular check up and cleaning on 7-25-2024. Never been here before. I walked out without a cleaning (no scraping the tartar off, no fluoride whitening). By the time I got home I realized that the one and only thing they really did was try to sell me on some expensive periodontal procedure that I have had before. I may or may not need this procedure again, but why no whitening or cleaning the tarter off my teeth above the gum line? I even asked for the standard cleaning at the end and she pushed me 'but that doesn't solve the deeper problem'. I dropped it quickly and left realizing that they just charged my insurance company $1607 for a bunch of x-rays and the opportunity to torment me with a pushy sales pitch .

I graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1991. Before joining Dentists of Woodbury; I ran my own private practice for over twenty years. During my free time, I enjoy fishing and golfing with my wife and our four children.
