Dr. Nelson Woo, DMD

I would highly recommend Dr. Woo for anyone who is need of a root canal! He's done 3 for me and I've been pain free ever since! He does everything to perfection and is timely and professional. His staff, Jennifer and Megan and Katina are welcoming, kind, and courteous. They told me before every appt. what my 'out of pocket' would be, so I wouldn't have any surprises. I won't be going anywhere else!!!!

AWESOME is Dr. Nelson Woo, DMD, Endodontist over in Holly Springs by Home Depot. He fit my emergency treatment in Monday afternoon. He's the gentleman who proved root canal should no longer be a scary nightmare He uses/does microscopic root canal therapy. He has nitrous and headphones/tv - and a needed stress ball AND all with a wonderful staff/assistants. The "profound anesthesia" that was used years back is no longer even an issue as there should be NO Profound pain, only minimal discomfort. His technique and ability is superb. About 15 years ago I had taken depositions in a dental malpractice case that involved root canals and it left me with too much information on the process, and that unfortunately left me with too much anxiety of what could go wrong. Thank God, medicine and technology has progressed and ended up in the hands of Dr. Woo. From his superior xrays where he clearly explains the process, to his outstanding calm and understanding demeanor he is amazing.

Dr. Woo and his staff were fantastic! They were very caring and took great care of my son! He explained everything thoroughly about the procedure. He even called to check on my son that evening. Thanks Dr. Woo!!

Had a root canal finished that was started by another doctor. Visit was very pleasant considering, staff very professional, and I felt confident that all personnel knew what they were doing. Received a follow up phone call from Dr. Woo later that evening asking about my well being. I would give all who work here an A+! Great experience for a first time root canal.

Dr. Woo goes above and beyond. He allowed me to come back after closing to take care of a painful tooth. He explained every step of my root canal and was patient and kind when I had questions. Dr. Woo offered expert care. His staff is courteous and friendly. I would hate for anyone to need a root canal, but would happily recommend Dr. Woo to take care of that procedure! Thank you Dr. Woo!

Dr. Woo and his staff are very good at what they do. Dr. Woo takes time to explain things in layman language and is very professional and personable. After my root canal therapy was completed. I was not expecting a call from Dr. Woo later that evening to make sure everything was going as expected but he did call. Never had that happen by any other Dental professional.

I would recommend family and friends to Dr. Woo. He and his staff are the most friendly and dedicated professionals I have ever had the pleasure to go to. They put you at ease and confident that everything is going to be okay and taken care of. I know this is an Endodontist, and as much as I am deathly afraid of that dental chair, I felt like I had come to the right place! I just wish his practice was closer than a 2 hour drive.

I will recommend Doctor Woo to everyone I know. I am no longer nervous about going to the Dentist. Doctor Woo explained my options and was very kind. The staff was Awesome!! A+++++++

Awesomely great staff. I experienced no wait. Dr Woo assessed my issue on consult reviewed options clearly and recommended repair would be best option. Appointment was made within an acceptable time frame. Great care given. Highly recommended Dr Woo and staff.

Best root canal experience ever. I had a terrible toothache and was seen by my dentist who does not do root canals. He told me that Dr. Woo is the best and he was right. I got an appointment that same day. The procedure was painless. His staff was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend Dr. Woo if you ever need a root canal.

I would definitely recommend Dr.Woo- his staff and himself are all very professional and saw me on the same day as I had an urgent root canal that needed to be done. They make sure you understand what you are in for, and answer any and all questions. I am a very nervous patient, but they make the experience much better

Dr. Woo and his staff are awesome. They worked me in on short notice and I am very grateful as my mouth had swollen from an infection and needed a root canal. Dr. Woo and his staff were extra gracious with their time and Dr. Woo personally followed up to check to see how I was doing that very night. Highly recommend this practice.

I felt no pain during my root canal. Dr. Woo and his staff are amazing and make you very comfortable. Highly recommend. I hope I don't ever need to go back, but I would drive 100 miles just to see them.
