Dr. Nastassia Shields, DMD

I was a work-in for an ongoing problem and she got it straightened out. Five stars.

Dr. Shields made a bridge for me. I had many issues with the bridge. Dr. Shields was very dismissive, once complications occured, and wont not stand behind her work. The bridge, in turn, caused complications with my jaw. I understand she works for a company and time is money, hence she was not willing to correct her error. I clearly understand she is under the gun, and her value is based on volume Not quality. Also the % made for major corrections doesnt bow well with the company's bottom line revenue.I witnessed a very unprofessional, immature attitude from Dr. Shields. She needs a wake up call that she is there to serve the patient, customer. IF she continues with her current attitude her employment within the practice will be short lived. 1 poor review will out weigh any 5 star reviews. Office is fine if you need a cleaning or a simple filling but not for major dental care. Dr. Shields you took an oath when you joined the DMD profession. Live and learn from your error.

I’ve been so pleased with the care I have received at the Lake Miona Dental practice. My hygienist was thorough yet gentle. I’m happy I found this office.

I was there for follow up appointment. Everyone in the office very personable. Doctor was very thorough and I'm greatly satisfied with the results.

I was treated by Dr. Shields when my bridge came out and another bridge after an extraction. She was so kind and professional as well as her assistant. Greenberg Dental in Eustis, FL should be proud to have her on staff.
