Horrible service, zero professionalism, and nearly all the work she did on my daughter now needs redone by another dentist.

YOUR CHILD WILL BE NOTHING MORE THAN A DOLLAR SIGN TO DR. WILLIS YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THIS STORY, BUT EVERY WORD IS TRUE. I have had at least one child in the office of Dr. Willis from 2006 - 2023. My children have seen Nancy Willis every 6 months RELIGIOUSLY. I am private insurance, private pay and as such, I have paid Dr. Willis thousands of dollars over the years. Although Dr. Willis has ZERO personality, her hygenists have always made myself and my children feel comfortable & welcome. This is why I continued to stay - despite my husband, sister & even pediatrician telling me otherwise. PLEASE READ ON.. IT’S WORTH THE READ. 1-17-23, my son had a tooth pulled. We paid $180.00 (insurance estimate). 1-20-23, I received an EOB stating I should have been billed $186.00 Okay, fine, I owe $6.00 I put a note in my phone to remind me at 6 month appt. 2-21-23…6 month appointment. I stood there as usual, credit card in hand waiting to pay, they said I didn’t owe anything. WHAT? How could this be? Dr. Willis actually took the hit on $6.00 b/c they underestimated how much I owed? That could not be possible!!!… BUT maybe it was?? I mean, I did after all pay 96.77% of the total bill from that day. 4-3-23, Two more teeth have to go. I’m charged $146.00…Maybe that outstanding $6 is built into this charge. There is after all a “6” in there…maybe I’m paid up. I don’t ask, b/c I don’t really care. It’s $6.00. May, 2023, I get a call for an outstanding bill. I ask how much.. They tell me $11.00. ME: “ELEVEN???? If anything, it should be SIX”. OFFICE: “There is a $5.00 per month charge on outstanding balances.” ME: “Take it off, or I’m transferring out.” OFFICE agrees as long as I pay the $6.00 ME: “Can you take my credit card over the phone”. OFFICE: “She’ll charge you a minimum fee.” ME: “NO WAY!! I’ll pay it with a check. OFFICE: “Pay it at your next 6 month appointment, you live pretty far from our office” Okay cool… I put another note in my phone to pay the $6.00 at the next appointment (8-28-23), I can finally put this fiasco behind me. I move on with my life. 8-1-23 I see a missed call from the office, I ask myself… “What could this possibly be about? I thought we settled the $6.00 saga”. Next morning, I listen to the message… Thank God I didn’t listen to this before bed, or I would have been up all night. The message: “Your son has an appt. on August 28th. We have to cancel this appt & we CAN NOT reschedule until your account is paid in full, you have an unpaid balance. We have a strict policy in place, we do not keep or make appointments for people with balances on their account.” Needless to say, I drove right to their office and I paid the $6.00 (in pennies, nickels & dimes), and I am transferring out.

My 6 year old daughter came in for a routine surgery to have 2 teeth removed. At the time she had 2 very loose teeth in the front that she didn’t want removed by the dentist bc she wanted to loose them at home. After telling 2 different nurses along with the dentist not to remove them, they took it upon themselves and removed them anyway, against my wishes. They weren’t a health issue or anything. And also the dentist belittled myself and my husband and also talked down to us. The most rude dentist I have even went to. The hygienist were super sweet and nice but the dentist herself is a very rude human being. I do not recommend this dentist unless you don’t mind being talked down to and her doing what she wants to.

All four of my children have been patients of Dr. Nancy Willis, & we have had such a wonderful experience there. The kids actually look forward to their visits, & they can't stop talking about how much fun they have there! Fear is totally not part of the picture! And her professionalism can't be beat! Also, the entire staff is friendly, courteous, accommodating & efficient. Best pediatric dentist in town!

These people are awful human beings. After missing 2 appointments due to my sister passing away, instead of being accommodating under the circumstances, they wanted to charge me $55 rescheduling fee on a OPTIONAL treatment that I was paying out of pocket for. They recommended it and I’m not even sure it was nesesary for baby teeth. When I told them I was unaware of the second appointment, they said they texted my husband and said we need to communicate better and WE don’t care ab. Our sons teeth

My son went to Dr. Willis because we need a pediatric dentist. She said he had several cavities, I think somewhere around 6. She had to cap one of his teeth and filled the rest. She used a silver cap, which was fine since it was a baby tooth and would eventually fall out. Fast forward 3 or so years later, my son has a cracked tooth in one of the teeth that had a cavity and the cap now has an abscess. I just find it very ironic that both teeth are ones Willis "fixed" for him.

THE MOST PATHETIC DENTIST IN THE WORLD! She gave my daughter all silver fillings (despite me insisting, that I want her to use tooth colored material) and put stainless steel crowns without asking for my permission and consent to treatment, just to make extra money from insurance and from my pocket. My daughter HATES her crowns and feels embarrased of their ugly look. I need to find a decent and concerned dentist now to take the crowns out her mouth. Don't take your kids to her if you love them

My son was supposed to get some small fillings done with her. They called and asked me if it was ok to move the day, i had to call them back because i was driving and when i did nobody answered so i left a message. Nobody called me back until the morning of to verify if i got the time slot or not. They said the appt was verified several times (my phone records prove it was not!) And that i was terminated from the practice(never missed a day prior). I tried explaining and the woman hung up on me.
