Dr. Najibe Dow, DMD

I would not recommend this Dental Practice or Dr. Dow. I had to ask many questions to try to understand my treatment plan and when I didn't agree with the plan, she went ahead with it anyway. The appointments were painful, and similar to other reviews, she shaved several of my teeth down where it did not make sense to do so. The most concerning aspect of my treatment though was the billing. I asked up front what it would cost for a specific procedure and was given an estimate. After the procedure I was given a bill that more than doubled that estimate, because she had misquoted the procedure code to me. It got worse, she then tried submitting inaccurate procedure codes to the insurance company to try to get my claim through, which the insurance company notified me of. The office is outdated, does not have a receptionist or billing department, Dr. Dow does it all - leading to the inaccuracies I experienced. My time in Dr Dow's care was extremely poor, and I have never been back.

Please check her work thoroughly before leaving the practice. After I got the fill-in for my front tooth, I noticed the tip of my tooth was shaved/buffed down very thin. I thought it was no big deal until it chipped. I was upset when she fixed it by shaving it down making my front teeth uneven. The explanation I got was the cavity in that tooth caused the chip. Why is the cavity still there if she already worked on it? I will not return. Recommend for her patients to be more cautious.
