Dr. Mostafa Barakzoy, DDS

I have had great interactions with Dr but their front office staff is very very rude and they dont listen and they just overwhelm and make customers and patients angry. I had two insurances that are expiring at the end of the month and I have a new insurance that is active now so I am lucky that till Jan End I have 3 insurances and I called office to book an appointment to get one RCT and 2 crowns done. First they would not give appointment and they put me on hold for like 12 minutes and then they told me that I have to give a deposit for this work and I was ready tp give whatever deposit they want because my objective simply is to be able to take of all of my insurance benefits for Jan. But now she will not take my deposit on phone and she will not give me any appointment. I have to first go all the way to their office to sign some contract and give deposit and until I do that, they will not give me any appointment. Its really strange shocking and unfriendly when I am ready to make whatever payment they want me to make. If there is any paperwork to be signed, they can send it to me via email. In this day and age first this should not be required when I am ready to make full payment and they can check my benefits from all insurences and we can sigfn anything and scan and send back but the front office is just so rude and so bad that they wont listen to any logical request and they wont let me talk to anyone with a little bit of management experience and sense. Horrible experience of the admin/office staff from a doctor who I think is really good and knowledgable

A very mean man, he doesn’t deserve to be a doctor, he humiliated me, he accepted my medical, but during the visit, he said medical doesn’t pay, and he doesn’t accept it, and we just looking for free services.

I visited Dr . Barakzoy with severe a infection during the Corona virus lock down when most offices were closed or refused to see patients. From day one he diagnose and tested me expertly. He answered my question and did everything at his disposal to achieve a good out come for my tooth I also appreciate his assistant Diana and her kindness

As a long-term HIV survivor, I had a lot of dental problems, and a hard time finding a dentist who would work on me, let alone treat me with dignity, even while his payments via Ryan White funds were delayed. Dr. Barakzoy was amazing: patient, clear, concise, no BS, made sure the job was right. No wonder his office is crowded and busy - he helps people non-stop. I felt lucky to travel 45 minutes each way just to see him.
