Dr. Moshe Glick, DDS

From day one Dr. Glick and his staff have been nothing to amazing to me. I have serious anxiety about seeing the dentist but Dr. Glick has been such a wonderful and comforting dentist and there is no other dentist I would ever see again. The staff at Riverdale Family dental go above and beyond to accommodate patients and I am very grateful for them. Thank you for your wonderful service, I appreciate everyone at Riverdale Family Dental than I can put into words.

For the past several years, Dr. Glick has provided all of my routine dental care AND my major dental problems, including treatment of serious infections, extractions, and provision of implants.He explains all options clearly, answers all questions no matter how long it takes, and is sensitive to the patient's concerns - including medical, functional, AND financial concerns. Also, he obviously has congenial, collegial relationships with his assistants and office staff, who are exemplary. I am 80 years old, I have lived in many different cities and have had many different dentists, and he is the best in every way.

Well, as the person below me was rushed for money so was I. Dr. Glick is a dentist who has left me with no teeth. Why, they put in implants and magically he has a better system than the one I was getting. I agreed, signed a contract to pay $1,000 per month. I was given 4 appointments to complete things that could have been done in one application. So I just got up and left figuring I had a contract no problem. 15 minutes later my phone is ringing and I never made a payment. So today I learned that the new work would add 18,000 dollars more to my $8,000 already paid. I am not going to go into detail because of legal reasons, but I still don’t have teeth. I have text of him telling me not to ask for his staff. I was like you were the one who….. email me for the rest of the story!!!!!!! But stay away.. He claims that his practice has hundreds of patients so my care is not as important Dr. Glick?? Let me mention I work, I have disabilities and have too show up toothless

The employees were courteous, and helpful. The care was top-notch.

Two days ago I had an appointment with Dr.Glick for routine cleaning and a cavity. As accustomed, I called the office before my appointment to confirm it. After a 15 minute walk from my home to the office, I arrived to be notified that they do not take my health insurance anymore and had to pay out of pocket. Couldn't they have told me that on the phone? I ended up cancelling the appointment and I took an unnecessary trip to find out information I could have received on the phone. To top it off, I had to pay a babysitter to hold my two toddlers, unacceptable!

Dr. Glick is kind and caring. Unfortunately, this does not qualify him to conduct oral surgery and insert an implant. After a loose crown, an accumulation of food in between my crown, a slightly sagging left cheek and a second opinion, I learn that Dr. Glick was not qualified to perform such an invasive procedure. Just because someone may have taken a few hours of training or has performed many implant procedures it does not make them experts. Since his departure from his Scarsdale office, I have learned of other patients that have had similar issues as my own. My implant was placed crooked, not enough bone graph was used to fill the gum gap and the crown placed was too small. It is very frustrating to know that I trusted his judgement and now I have to pay for the consequences. I never write reviews, but thought it would be important to share my experience since I too was fooled by his sweet and kind demeanor. Remember, being nice does not mean you are qualified.

Dr. Moshe Glick and Scarsdale dental team are one of the best if not the best dentist and dental organization I have ever encountered. Professional & courteous staff and Dr. Glick is the BEST! Dr Glick genuinly cares and it shows, he listens intently to my needs and does everything in his power to make me, his patient happy. He has the best bedside manner of any dentist I have ever encountered. Love the staff as well, they are always accomodating and you never feel pressured. Going to the dentist isn't a fun thought, however at Scarsdale Dental Team the staff is always courteous and try their best for me to been seen as soon as possible.

A little background: My mother is a dental assistant and has been my entire life. I have spent many days after school hanging out in the offices she worked in, getting treatment from many dentists. And after becoming an adult and moving across the country, I spent 10 years looking for a dentist like Dr. Glick. I am a snob when it comes to bedside manner, honestly, compassion and care for the expense that dentistry can sometimes be. From my first experience with Stephanie, the office manager, I knew I was in good hands. Professional, honest, kind and empathetic to my situation. Dr. Glick was so kind and warm. He is the same each and every time I come to see him - not just because I was a new patient. But I think the most important thing to share with regard to my experience, is how conservative Dr. Glick is when it comes to his approach with your teeth. His goal is to save them, not to make you pay tons of money for unnecessary cosmetic work.The most beautiful dentistry, amazing staff!!

Dental hyginest was excellent very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Dentist made me feel comfortable and explained things in detail. Love it will be coming back.
