Dr. Monya Phung, DMD

I have seen many dentists through the years and Dr. Phung stands out as one of the best. I have had two visits with her so far. I received exceptional care and I and my husband will remain with the practice for this reason. She only recommended what was needed, and her costs were commensurate with industry standards. Her quality of care and skill exceeded my expectations. if you live in Festus, this is the dentist you want. Truly a 5 star dentist and her staff is very caring as well. I absolutely felt very well taken care of for my dental health and will continue with maintenance dentistry from this office for my dental health!

The staff made me feel comfortable. They talked with me knowing when I was a little nervous.. meant alot to me. I didn't feel like just another patient.

Well seems like they did a pretty good job checking everything out with all the x-ray’s and pictures and stuff. But dental insurance that I have doesn’t really cover anything and being on a fixed income doesn’t help. The office doesn’t have any plan that will help out so you can actually get the work done. Probably like that with most office’s though.

Dr, Phung and her staff are professional and very nice. Margie is awesome in my checkup and cleaning.

My comfort and treatment was the focus of the entire appointment. It was refreshing to know that they were there to take care of me alone.

My husband and I moved to herculaneum Mo. 2 years ago, I do not know where to find a good dentist in the area, then one day I received a flyer on the mail from the family dentistry in festus, So, I decided to give it a try and made an appointment, when I arrived at the dentist office the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness, sanitize office, I was greeted with the receptionist name ( laura) but before I arrived to my appointment I already had spoken with her regarding my dental insurance and she worked with me and the insurance company to make sure that I get all the information that I needed, she was very professional, well-mannered, very friendly. On the first day of my appointment I met the hygienist, she introduced herself , she made me very comfortable .I am very sensitive person when it comes to my dental issues. Dr. Phung was very friendly, compassionate person, Dr. Phung was very well-mannered, very detailed, she made sure that I am well taking care on that day.
