They don't have modern equipment, they don't have music or any relaxation type things like posters or calming pictures. They rinse your mouth out with cold water.I was very upset that they raised the price by $25 on me and didn't warn or advise me before my dental visit the day I went in that they raised the price by so much so I was caught unawares. I felt this was poor business practice. I don't care for their staff either. Very rude. The receptionist, Lori especially.
