Have been a patient for over 10 years. Continue to drive up from Miami 3-4x a year for cleanings and upkeep. I always get compliments on new teeth he gave me- I have 5 star smile! His staff are friendly, and professional.

I’m a physician, have always been a bit skeptical about Dentists . That changed after I met Dr Iranmanesh . He is a highly skilled , very knowledgeable and accurate dentist .He has helped both me and my wife with multiple dental issues He is also very kind and always in good humor , putting patients at ease.I recommend him highly .

Dr. Iranmanesh and his team are amazing. Our family has been seeing him for decades. We highly recommend him. He treats you like family.

high pressure for implants, not great on running insurance papers I had to get the insurance company involved in getting correct codes

1st we are not on the same page about the cost as i am on a fixed income and was using my Humana Insurance. We finally got on the same page about my dentures. i go get all my teeth pulled out in the bottom in JULY and the Dr took impressions of before and after i had my teeth pulled he did a very good job on the upper denture and i was told to make an appointment in Decemder to get my bottom dentures done. Well its December and i get a call left on my voice mail we no longer take your insurance so i have 2 options... 1 i can switch my insurance which i can not do because of all my doctors or 2 find another dentist... with unprofessional behavior like this its an easy choice I WILL FIND ANOTHER DENTIST and i will never recommend this dentist to anyone EVER !!!! Wish it could be zero stars

They pressured me to pay almost $200 for a consultation, even after I repeatedly told them that I didn’t have that kind of money. I am on Disability/Medicare and barely have enough to make it through the month. They guilted me to take out a loan for $300. With the understanding that I would only be paying $150 on the loan, that was after they called me when I got home, texted me several times and even sent emails. All of this to convince me that I had to pay them a $300. Loan with a large 35% approximate interstate rate, and I had to do it right then. Not to mention the $75 I was pressured to pay that day. I was guilted into doing something that I repeatedly told them, I could not afford to do it. But I had to take a loan out to buy groceries and pay other bills because of their pressuring me. I have been trying to get them to work this out with me, they promised to call me back on Tuesday, no phone call then or Wednesday, still waiting.

The doctor and staff were very professional and caring. I felt that they explained the procedures well and answered all my questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them and very much appreciate their skills and ability to help the patient feel comfortable.

My name is Brian, I always been sccared of needles. So when it came to me getting spots in the mouth. I was very Scared. But Dr Iranmanesh told me it would be ok and it was. I bearly felt the needle and there was no pain. The best dental experience. I have had in my 49yrs. Several teeth has been pulled. Also Ms. Kayoni and Ms Topacio are the best dental assistance it could be. They made sure I was comfortable, give water and made sure my visit was nice. Everyone there are very nice. The office is very clean. Im getting bridge work done. So far my smile is amazing.

In the beginning visit I had multiple bridges that needed to be replaced. (I had bridges before that lasted 10 years Never a problem). It cost approx 19k to get my 2 upper bridges replaced and crowns. I had 2 new permanent bridges that he would use TEMPORARY CEMENT. His way of doing this procedure yet not one other dentist agreed with his version. They constantly fell out. I had to pay 100 doll each visit to re cement the bridges in...One time it fell out and I needed a root canal. Finally he used perm cement. Months go by and now one bridge is loose! I went again and had decay under the bridge so it had to be removed. He removed the bridge and basically I had to go to an endontist for 1 tooth to be pulled and 2 implants. ($9,000) and I still need 2 more crowns. I lost pay from work & emotionally & physically sick over the entire situation I wrote to him & asked for a refund. His work should've lasted 10 yrs. & now I am repaying to do his work. No response. Will update if he does.

Finding a great Dentist is a difficult stressful task. When you do it is a secret that's worth sharing. I've been so pleased with my experience with Dr. Iranmanesh and his staff that I thought I would share it. You know what? Im 37 y.o who has been shopping around trying to find the best treatment for my teeth since i was 18. Untill recently, i cry before i go to dentist and i get stressed out a lot. Surprisingly, i went today to procedure without anesthesia.. i asked him not to num my teeth cause i trust him, and i made it..he is the only dentist i had who cares a lot about teeth , gum and general health .. he also reminds me everytime about what to do and encourages me... Now, im celebrating with my family this achievement.. no more fear.. Note: i drive like an hour to Dr. Iranmanesh clinic.. and im moving soon to sarasota and still will only go there.. just go for the consultation and you will see how amazing is the staff and Dr. Iranmanesh..every single staff makes you feel how much they care about you The only dentist who show up in the waiting room and apologize for being late 5 min.. This is amazing I love Dr. Iranmanesh clinic

As usual , excellent experience with Dr.Iranmanesh . As a patient for over ten years . I can confidently recommend him for any patient. He is an expert in his field , trustworthy and professional . Very nice office staff and assistant . Highly recommend .
