I forgot x-rays from my referring DMD and they said, 'No problem.' He is personable and skillful. Staff is friendly and efficient, the dental assistants as well as the receptionist and office mgr.

Had pain on and off. Went there twice and doctor didn’t think I needed root canal. He didn’t want to do procedure needlessly. Told me to return when I had a steady toothache. I did; and it turns out that it was an infection, which did not require root canal. Dr. helped clear infection. Feeling much better! Everyone in office very friendly, as well!

Dr. Greenberg works very fast. I have had 3 visits and he has failed to correct the problem with my tooth. He does not seem to have the latest technology in his office. Now, he wants me to go back for a 4th visit on an emergency basis and has prescribed an antibiotic and a strong pain killer. However, I am hesitant to return to his practice.

Dr. Greenberg is excellent doctor. He is very positive, nice, and very professional doctor. I like his work very much. I would highly recommend him. Also the office is very close to subway and office environment is clean and comfortable and office staff was friendly and very flexible with the appointment.

BAIT AND SWITCH PRICES!!!! Get everything in writing beforehand I owed $220 one week, and at the followup visit, they said it was $1358 that I owed. Before making the appointment, I gave them all insurance info so they could give me an accurate price. She said the insurance gave her this: the procedure was $1,000, insurance would pay 80%, my out of pocket was $220. I paid this exact amount at the first visit. Verbally said I was paid in full — receipt in the mail. At the second visit, she said insurance made a "mistake," that I "really" owe $1,358 - out of the full price of $1,900. This time, they could give me a receipt in person. The insurance company has no record of her calling them the first time. The $220 was a made-up price to get me in the door. Pre Bait and Switch Dr. Greenberg was very pleasant and explained everything. The procedure was quick and pain free. After they had switched the price, he wouldn' say a word to me.

Doctor does communicate well with the patient or explain with what is going on. The secretary in the front and the doctor have no compassion for the patient. Only out to make money.
