I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Ortega. I am health compromised and she keeps her facility super clean and free of any germs, bacteria, or viruses that may adversely affect people, especially those with health issues. Masks are still required and she always wears one and only treats one person at a time so the office is never crowded with waiting patients. I feel quite safe and comfortable in that environment. Thank you Dr. Ortega!

Very good. Surprisingly, I enjoy my visits to her office. Even though I have dental problems, I can trust that her assessments and recommendations are honest, and that she sincerely cares about my health. She is very easy to talk to, has a good sense of humor, and creates a comfortable environment for her patients. And, most important, she is very good at what she does. I highly recommend her for all ages.

Dr. Ortega is incredibly thorough, and after almost a year of care with her, I can trust that she is going to do things right even if that means doing them well will take a bit more time. She's also an excellent storyteller, and I really enjoy my visits to the dentist (which truthfully I never thought I would ever feel this way). She is a thorough professional and I appreciate her practice.

I have know Dr. Ortega for many years through her generous role of community support and participation. I did not go to her as my dentist until my long standing former dentist retired. I wish I had gone to Dr. Ortega when I first moved to Tahoe. Aside from being a wonderful person she is the most sensitive and gentle dentist or hygienist I have ever experienced. Truly gifted. Plus, her mother, Rosie, runs the office. There is not a nicer mother/daughter team anywhere.
