The doctor was really friendly and professional. My family has been going to him for years. No complaints. The staff was really nice as well.

Without taking X-rays & doing any tests, Dr. Lwin told me I do not need a root canal. He placed a new crown on my tooth and that tooth hurts 3 months later. I went to get a root canal and had to drill through the new crown. I confronted Dr. Lwin because it was his responsibility as the dentist to know if I needed a root canal, but he failed to do his job and now I have to get a new crown after root canal. Dr. Lwin refused to acknowledge that he failed to do his job and didn't refund my money.
