Dr. Z has been my family's oral hygiene clinical physician for a significant amount of time. However, his lack of good quality assurance regarding the treatment of his patients and practice has created an unwelcoming atmosphere, resulting in unprofessional behaviors such as aggressiveness and dismissing future treatments. His practice does not operate with current electronic data, resulting in poor imaging reading. In addition, to my insurance, the procedure was improperly installed causing additional out-of-pocket costs due to his improper dental negligence. His scope for an interpersonal approach has now created care gaps and client abandonment with seeking another practice resulting when asking to be fully refunded as advised patients are not required to pay for any imaging fees. A 2-star review is deemed appropriate based on the jovial conduct received by front desk staff. Their opportune concerns are suitable for particular purposes. At your peril, Erstwhile patient.

very unprofessional. Did not interact with me when I needed detailed information. He always delegated his assistants to explain detailed information. I feel that a dentist should always interact with their patients,especially when detailed information concerning serious dental medical conditions is being experienced by the patient. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone.
