Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Michelle Haak. She had a great bedside manner and explained each step of my root canal as she performed it. She also explained how long each step would take and what was next.She repeatedly checked on my wellbeing during the process and made the “root canal experience” as pleasant as a root canal experience can be.Highly recommend!

After a bad experience elsewhere I was so scared to get a root canal but Dr. hack and her assistant Jada were SO professional and friendly. She explained the whole process, made sure I was numbed completely as I'm resistant to anesthesia, and let me listen to my headphones while they did the actual root canal, which went QUICKLY. For something so NOT fun, it went very very smoothly. Would definitely go back to her for my future needs.

Clean and updated office. Friendly staff. Dr. Hack is easy to talk to and put my nervous mind at ease. I have had other root canals and this was by far the best experience. I didn't feel a thing!

I visited Dr. Hack for a root canal and it was the most excruciating experience of my life! I now have a fear of dentist and would rather have every tooth yanked from my head than let her perform any services. On three occasions, I let her know that I could feel pain and that my tooth was not numb and she continued to drill and stab into the nerve while I screamed and cried. She told me she was sorry for my bad experience and the work was not completed. I was given $20 off the original $261

Dr. Hack is a caring, gentle, and knowledgeable doctor. She explains everything clearly, and makes her patients comfortable. Having a root canal can be scary, but she made me feel well taken care of and the procedure was painless. I highly recommend her!
