Dr. Michele Zrallack, DMD

I visited this dentist for the 1st time in April 2024, x-rays, check-up, and treatment plan. Received 3 different pricing for cash, debit, and credit. I agreed to pay over $1800 in cash which I did, for the full treatment plan. Now, three months later I get a phone call saying I still owe for x-rays. I did not receive a second bill at the time, nor was I told the x-rays were not included in the $1800 plus bill that was presented to me. Maybe if I had paid with credit card, they would have gotten the extra $200 they were looking for but that is not my problem. I told the dentist office I was not insured and was presented with a bill on that day. I paid that bill in cash. What the heck man. If this was an error, it was not my error so the dentist needs to absorb this alleged debt themselves. I will not be paying again.

Dr. Zrallack always makes me feel comfortable. She is always kind and gentle with the myriad of work my teeth require. She and the staff always find time for me in emergency situations. The staff is always so happy and helpful. I'm grateful that I found this practice and can't imagine ever trusting anyone else with my teeth. Thank you for always helping me.

Cancelled appointment due to hurricane and we were not notified so we went as the hurricane was for the west northern coast. August 27th. Called for a replacement appt and when it came close no reminder so called for time of appt. No record of any appointment on their records. So made another appt relying that it was a broken tooth and weeks of pain. Made one for next day. Went to appointment and they only gave X-rays and fee for visit. Than wanted to schedule 8 days later. So from Aug 28 til lSept 20th. Horrible service and care.

Horrible experience!!! Left in severe pain. The worse extraction I’ve ever had! Doctor slipped three times cutting my cheek and gums all up! Horrible chairside manners. Will not be back!

My husband just returned from getting a tooth pulled he wasn't given any pain medication... Needless to say he is extremely uncomfortable right now and I am upset. It's 2021 there is no excuse for this.

Not a good experience with Dr. Zrallack, it seemed like my kids were rushed through her office and I got the feeling that she didn't want to deal with me and the questions I had for her. Also I was billed out of pocket and not explained that it was something the insurance does't cover. They also told me it takes them 2 weeks to check whats covered by insurance companies. If I was told this I would have checked myself.
