I had spent almost $4000 for root canals/crowns. A few weeks later I get a bill for $80. I was extremely busy with work (RN) especially during Covid so an $80 bill wasn’t a priority especially after spending 4k. I began to get several phone calls a day from the office asking for the money. The office began texting my phone as well. I had a full print out of my bill and what my insurance covered. I paid everything up front. Come to find out my insurance covered more than they said so my out of pocket was more than it should’ve been. So after finding that out I definitely was not going to pay the $80. The office began harassing me via phone call and text demanding payment. Eventually they sent me a letter releasing me as a patient.
