Personable, efficient, attention to detail
MK herself is charming, easy to talk to, detail oriented and an especially competent orthodontist. She communicates with my daughter primarily (the patient) and also makes certain to address my questions. Her staff are welcoming, friendly and do not waste time. Orthodontia is, of course, expensive, but they make the process simple and have consistently helped with those questions as well. Our family will be loyal patients; cannot imagine a better experience anywhere else.
