Went to this dentist once and he would not do anything to help me when I had a crown fall off. He wasn't very pleasant and made me feel like I was a bother. I found another dentist. Now I am seeing he is under investigation for taking peoples money and not giving them the service they paid for. If he doesn't end up losing his license and goes back into practice.......run! RUN very far away and find a more capable dentist that isn't a crook.

Went to get checkup. Had cavities. Had root canal that pierced sinuses. Bad news

Dr. Sullivan performed a root canal on my number 13 molar. The root canals of this tooth are very narrow and extended. I warned the Dr. that I had a traumatic experience with elongated tooth roots extracted both as an adolescent and as a young man when in the Navy. Both of those times the dentists had a rough time with the teeth. The procedures lasted over 4 hours for the tooth when I was a child, and two visits over 3 hours each when I was in the Navy. Dr. Sullivan assured me that he was capable, and that his skill was superior. After his first attempt at root canal on this tooth, Dr. Sullivan sent me home telling me that there wasn’t enough time that day to finish the procedure. Mind you I’m under the influence of sedation at this time. I told Dr. Sullivan that I would rather have the tooth pulled than go through another 3 hours in the chair. After 2 more visits he finally capped the tooth. He used too much glue now it has to be removed and the fistula which is affecting my sinus

Poorly managed, high turnover, unethical sales techniques. Reminds me of used car lot. 3 years ago, they Did a pre-auth. for crown, said it was covered - then billed me. Their excuse was they didn't have an experienced billing person -who forgot to bill prior crown. so wanted me to pay after they said it was covered, due to their billing error. I told them at the time that if it wasn't covered I didn't want it done till after my new dental year. 3 years later I JUST got a collection note

At first I was very impressed with the office & the staff there. I was interested I getting a implant. The cost was $5000 start to finish. When I checked prices from other dentists, Dr Sullivan was charging twice as much. I also read reviews from other patients & some of the problems they have had & my gut feeling was telling me to run. They give you a tour of the office & the staff is great but I need a dentist that will be as great as his staff and I didn't get that feeling with Dr. Sullivan.
