Ended 20 year patient relationship with Dr. Shen
I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Shen since 2004, May, and I have a witness to verify this incident as well as many receipts. I have a current receipt. I write this review with a very heavy heart. I was a patient of Dr. Michael Shen for 20 years. On February 17th, 2024, I went in for my crown, for which I had paid $1664.10 a month in advance. Dr Shen made a very inappropriate comment relating to my physical appearance that had NO bearing on my question concerning the dental work he completed. I felt he was attacking my appearance which is completely wrong and unprofessional. His comment surprised me, and I told him flatly: 'That is just an opinion and nothing more.' He repeated himself again twice! He was trying to justify his words. I thought, 'Why is he being so rude and insensitive?' He did nothing to answer my questions about my concerns, and as I sat in the chair, I told him how inappropriate his comments were.
