Dr. Salley is very gentile, and experienced. He makes sure you have all the options even if it's not his office. He pulled 12 teeth of mine today and I am very comfortable tonight. Without anesthesia. His nurse who assisted was awesome!!!! All of the staff are friendly, down home southern comfort. If I moved an hour away, I would still go there.
