As usual my visit went well. He's the best dentist I've ever had. I went in for a cleaning and his dental hygienist did a great job. It's always a pleasure. The entire staff is always friendly and helpful.

As a new patient, I was scheduled quickly for a bond repair. Dr. Pugh went above and beyond to communicate what he was doing and why and to answer my questions. He was careful to make sure I was pain free during the procedure. The new bond doesn't look like a patch on my tooth. It looks like my tooth! How nice. Now he'll have to fix all the others. After a recent bad experience at another dental office, I'm relieved and glad to have found Dr. Pugh.

After a proper cleaning, Dr Pugh quickly and calmly restored my top front tooth with such precision and artistry that one cannot see any of the previous damage. The rather prominent patchwork is perfectly matched to the color of the original tooth and flawlessly sculpted with a masterful hand. The office reputation for 'artistic dentistry' is absolutely well earned. Michael Pugh DMD far exceeded my expectations.

I never have to dread going to the dentist because I know that Dr. Pugh and his team will do therebest to keep my waiting room time short and that I'll be back on my way quickly. Even while waiting, I hear people greeting each other and being cheerful, notbad visits at all!

This was just a scheduled visit for cleanings & x-rays for me and checkup for hubby. Staff is fantastic, efficient, and caring. Dr. Pugh has taken care of our family since he joined this office and became primary dentist and provided excellent care. He is our family dentist and we have no plans to change even though it is now over an hour's drive since we moved. It has been great watching all the growth and improvements in technology he offers in is practice, while providing excellent technical and office staff.And, he is a great guy!

I was seen the day after I called complaining of pain in a tooth. An x-ray confirmed the need for a root canal. Dr Pugh’s clinic set me up with a provider in Birmingham that accepted my insurance. His staff provided me all the assistance I needed to recommend what turned out to an excellent endodinics clinic that met my schedule and financial needs. Long time patient of more than 10 years.

First visit and it was wonderful!!! Haley, at the front desk, is an absolute delight, took time to explain my insurance and cost for a future procedure. She went above and beyond my expectations. Caroline is an excellent hygienist. I hate having my teeth cleaned, however, with her gentle technique, it was the most pleasant experience that I've ever had. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Pugh is very personable and thanked me for becoming his patient. He took time to explain everything and made me feel like I was his #1 priority during my visit. The whole experience was nothing short of wonderful, the staff is so friendly and professional.
