Working in the city and living up north, it's hard to keep appointments. Dr. Mass was referred to me by a colleague. I've had some pretty bad experiences, and quite frankly, I am not fond of dentists. His staff are all welcoming and professional. He examined me and we discussed treatment options. I didnt feel pressured. After my visit, I had a plan and knew what to expect at the next visit.
