Worth the Drive
I have known Dr. Malsch and his lovely assistant Caroline for over two decades! Dr. Malsch was my ortho over 20 yrs ago. He was so flexible, kind, and genuinely caring and compassionate, I always joked that if I ever had kids who needed braces-I would go back to him. Now I live over an hour away and I am on my SECOND child going to see him! My 21 yr old son is in the US Navy & and has a beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Malsch- and now my 10 yr old is receiving ortho care from Dr. Malsch! I should have asked for a buy two get one free deal! Highly recommend-obviously. This is by far, the best place to get your smile straightened in all of NYS!

A very caring, thoughtful, and understanding doctor. wonderful with kids. explains everything he's doing and why he is doing it. doesn't push unnecessary procedures or appliances. the staff works well with you in terms of working out flex spending and insurance claims. very happy with our experience.
