Dr. Michael Macinnes, DDS

They claimed my insurance wasn’t working. Nothing changed with it and I let them know that I can sort it out later but they said I need to pay for the full amount before providing the service. It’s just a regular dental cleaning appointment, no special procedures either. I am disappointed that they insisted that I pay upfront. I’ve been a patient for ~22 years but that didn’t matter. What are they afraid of? That I would run away without paying for the service??!! Time to change the provider.

Most professional, caring and skilled dentistry one could hope for. Dr Yoon-MacInnes is second to none. First, her staff got me in same day for a tooth ache. Dr Yoon-MacInnes diagnosed the issue quickly and expertly as requiring a root canal... and then she PERSONALLY called me after hours (!) when I had responded by messaging that the tooth pain had returned. She arranged for me to come in next day although I had been scheduled with her at the soonest available appt 5 days out. She scrapped all that and gave up her noon lunch period in order to see me next day! Wow. Who does this anymore?Then she PERSONALLY texted again to make sure I was doing ok after hours the second day.... and in response to all my gratitude she just humbly says 'I'm just doing my job'. Dr Yoon-MacInnes' expertise combined with her compassion, care and above/beyond commitment to patients altogether make it very clear that, for her, it's not just a job... It's a vocation... and I am grateful.

Amanda was very thorough in cleaning my teeth, Dr MacInnes followed up by checking my teeth. Not a stressful visit at all.

I have been going to Dr MacInnes for years. I love his approach, his bedside manner. I love the way he explains things. He is always friendly and willing to answer any of my questions. Never once has he recommended any unnecessary procedures.

Timely reminders through email and text. Friendly staff. On-time service. When we moved from CT we were concerned with finding a good dentist as our dentist in CT was awesome. Dr. macinnes has been great. We have been going to him for past 7+ years. No complaints!

Dr MacInnes and his staff got me in right away to have my broken front crown looked at . They were friendly efficient and went out of their way to make the experience a good one even scheduling an appointment at a dental lab so my front tooth could be matched exactly . The freezing shot was pain free ??And the temporary tooth looks great . I would definitely recommend Dr MacInnis and his staff to anyone needing excellent dental work in a friendly atmosphere.

We recently moved to Dr. MacInnes when our daughter had to move from her pediatric dentist. Dr. MacInnes is a great listener and explains procedures well. He has been extremely helpful during emergencies. The staff is friendly and professional. The level of service has been outstanding.

My visit to Dr. MacInnes always goes well. Many years ago, I had to go to his office because because I needed a dentist with sedation, as I am extremely nervous about anything dental related. I also wanted a place that's open on Saturdays. Even though at first I needed a lot of dental work, they made sure that I am totally numb, and all through the long procedures, they made sure that I was comfortable. I will never switch dentists again, I just hope that Dr. MacInnes sticks around.

A while ago, had to go through the trouble of finding a new dentist as my previous one retired. I really was unhappy with the prospect of having to switch, but my experience with Dr. Macinnes has been excellent. The first exam was the most thorough exam I have ever had, and he went over everything very plainly. I had to have a few cavities filled and some other work done. Honestly, at this point, I am glad that my old dentist retired, because Dr. Macinnes is, well, much better in every way.
