"Over the last year I developed horrible pain and throbbing in my teeth and cheeks. Dr. Long suggested a night guard and I was hesitant to try one. In fact call me stubborn. Finally because the pain had begun to impact my daily activities and attitude, I tried the bite splint. At first it felt a little foreign but I persevered and continued to wear it at night. Gradually the pain subsided and I an now pain free! I wear it every night. I wish I had listened to Dr. Long sooner. It is a safe economical solution. Thank you. - R. Newman"
