I found that he was dishonest. Office staff made errors in billing and it was difficult to correct. A mistake was made by this doctor and called to say he would rectify the error. Instead claimed the crown that he said was his was done by another dentist. I was disappointed and left.

I've been seeing Dr. Mike Leavitt for 12 years. Best dentist I've ever had. Always considerate of patient comfort, great customer service. While he focuses on preventive dentistry, his restorative work is excellent and stands up to time.
