Dr. Michael Klass, DDS

This dentist is wonderful! Besides from being a great diagnostician and gentle practitioner he is kind and caring. He always calls to check on me after a procedure or question. I highly recommend this dentist!!!

Poor office staff. Called in advance to tell them my kid tested positive for Covid but was symptom free 48 hrs and 7 days and at appt time we would be at 11 days. I was told to come all good. Get there for 8am appt and they refused service that it was to soon. That is fine to say but I called in advance was honest and up front and they wait until day of and after I get there to decide they didn’t want to do the cleaning. Not one apology and no staff in the office were wearing masks yet they stayed away from us treating my kid like she was contagious. We had an orthodontist appt. same day as scheduled cleaning and they took my kid no problem. They follow CDC guidelines. Again very poor office staff. They had plenty of time to decide if they wanted to keep the cleaning appt or reschedule. Plus ownership of their screw up followed by an apology would have been the right thing to do.

Office called to change appointment time, did them a favor and changed my appointment time, this is July 3. A week later, cancel that time, rescheduled to a Saturday. Two days before the appointment, office called to cancel and told me the next available Saturday appointment is in October 20. Sorry, they said, down to one hygienist. Will not go back again.

Always a wonderful experience. Dr Klass and his staff are highly professional, thorough, careful and kind. I love going to see him and now it’s a family affair...as the kids see him too. We couldn’t imagine going to anyone else.

As always, FANTASTIC! Post and crown fell out on a Sunday evening and was glued back in by 2:00 PM the next day. Dr. Klass and staff are always professional, kind and accommodating. Best dentist my family has ever had.
