I do not make this statement lightly: I strongly advise against taking your children to the Lake Nona location. Our experience was deeply distressing and left lasting emotional and physical consequences for my child. Due to the careless treatment provided by Dr. Michael Gooch, we were forced to seek corrective care from another dental professional. The errors made not only resulted in multiple additional procedures, but the way they were subsequently handled raised serious ethical concerns.Dr. Gooch assured me—face to face—that my son was fine, despite clear and later-confirmed evidence to the contrary. This level of disregard and dismissal is unacceptable, especially when it comes to pediatric care. Please think twice before entrusting your child’s well-being to this practice.
