Went to Dr Gengo for an emergency was in horrible pain .I did not have an appointment but his office staff were fantastic they got me right in .Dr Gengo was awesome he was able to take care of me got me out of pain ,worked on my tooth went over everything he was going to do before he started treatment and after treatment showed me exactly what he did .1st time meeting him and I will highly recommend him to anyone who needs his expertise.

I love going here for my dental cares...not that I like going to the dentist, but everyone there is so pleasant, caring, professional. Dr Gengo and his assistant Darlene made me feel at ease. They took their time with me and answered thoroughly all my questions and concerns. Thank you so much Dr Gengo and Darlene. I will definitely come to you again if I ever have to have another root canal and I will gladly refer your practice. Thank you so much!

Very pleasant office and friendly staff who has fast response to paitent telephone concerns.
I recently had a root canal diagnosed and treated with minimum running around town. Dentists made diagnosis and treated root canal. While paitent -myself was in pain. The pain scale on a 1-10 level is an 11.
Billing and scheduling was also very helpful.
Thanks for the treatment to all at WNY Dental group.
